The Classic model also has the IP68 rating and is powered by the same Exynos W920 chipset, performance is excellent and the experience with both the variants is smooth/fluid. It also has a rotating bezel, blood pressure monitor, rotating bezel and is ECG certified. The Watch 4 Classic also has a 247 mAh battery and supports Qi wireless charging.
